I Saw a Ghost at the Track Today!

Actually, I've seen this ghost before.  He quietly walks into the Bar and Book OTB at Lone Star Park quite often.  He walks quietly up to the automated wager terminal with a handful of betting slips from the previous day.  He feeds them in, and his balance total climbs.  He gets to a certain amount, prints out a cash ticket, and then walks to the cash teller and cashes in the balance.  Then he walks back to the terminal and enters his bets for the day.  He leaves, only to appear again tomorrow.  He is a ghost, flying under the radar, collecting his monthly income in good old cash.  Seems like a great plan to me!
